Swiss Eyewear Group was founded in 2013 based on the principle that the highest quality eyewear should be affordable for everyone. We are the first-ever global Swiss eyewear company with our headquarters in Zürich, Switzerland.
Our dynamic, multicultural team has extensive optical industry experience. With team members located throughout the world, we are at the pulse of the latest fashion trends and technology innovations. We specialize in designing, crafting, and distributing high-quality, affordable eyewear.

2015
OFFICE MOVE AND EXPANSION INTO US MARKET
Moved to the new corporate headquarters at Freilagerstrasse in Zurich, allowing for more creative space for the international design team, and accommodating the growing number of employees needed to support our expanding customer base.
Expanded INVU’s presence into the US market through a partnership with Europa Eyewear located in Chicago, Illinois.
2016
WINNER OF PRESTIGIOUS ENTREPRENEURIAL AWARDS
Swiss Eyewear Group won the Swiss Export Award and was a finalist for the prestigious Swiss Economic Forum Award.
2017
GLOBAL REACH
INVU expanded its presence into Asia, South East Asia, and Latin America. Distribution in over 70 countries with more than 15’000 retail partners.
2018
PRODUCT LINE EXPANSION AND MARKETING INNOVATION
Swiss Eyewear Group added optical frames to the INVU portfolio.
The first company to launch an innovative liquid crystal display for the point of sales, to demonstrate the unique benefits of the INVU ultra polarized lens.
2020
SWISS EYEWEAR GROUP HELPS IN THE FIGHT AGAINST COVID
A portfolio of safety glasses was launched. Swiss Eyewear Group became a key supplier of safety glasses to a large number of first responders, government organizations, and charity organizations.
Brought to market a highly successful, INVU “3 in 1” system featuring an optical frame with two magnetic clips - for sun protection and night driving.
2021
EXPANSION CONTINUES AND INVU GOES GREEN
Celebrated ten million happy INVU customers in over 90 countries, with over 30’000 retailers.
Launched the INVU sustainable eyewear collections from recycled PET and bio acetate.
